Returns & Refunds

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery (items must be unused and in original condition).

• Refunds processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Exchanges

If your product arrives defective or damaged, we’ll send you a replacement at no cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, opened or used scalp care and haircare products cannot be returned.
